Commission Info & TOS

General
I have the right to turn down/refuse any commission inquiry.
You must be the age of 18 to commission me, I will NOT do business with or for minors.
Commissioned work is for personal use only, it is against my TOS to edit, sell or reclaim the art received as your own.
I will NOT do business with anyone who plans to feed a commission into AI.
Please be polite and respectful when communicating during the commission process. I will refund and refuse future business if a commissioner is rude, impatient, etc.Refunds
If I have not started the sketch, a full refund will be given depending on the situation (like an emergency).
If the sketch has been completed and approved, depending on the timing I may offer only a partial refund. If I am mid-process (lineart, color) I will not offer a refund.I will not do a full refund past the sketch, so if you have simply lost interest in the commission process especially after approving a sketch, you will be blacklisted! Please be 100% certain you can afford to and want to commission because would like to avoid unnecessary stress for both parties, and I will also not tolerate having my time and work wasted.
