Commission Info & TOS

General
I have the right to turn down/refuse any commission inquiry.
You must be the age of 18 to commission me, I will NOT do business with or for minors.
Commissioned work is for personal use only, it is against my TOS to edit, sell or reclaim the art received as your own.
I will NOT do business with anyone who plans to feed a commission into AI.
Please be polite and respectful when communicating during the commission process. I will refund and refuse future business if I feel rushed or uncomfortable.Refund Policy
A If I have not started the sketch and you wish to request a refund within at least 3-5 days, I will provide in full.
B If the sketch has been started, I will offer a partial refund on fair ground, depending on how much progress was made on the sketch. (discuss).
C If the sketch has been approved but want a refund after, only under fair circumstances will I offer a partial but you no longer have permissions over the sketch.D Any further progress made on a piece will result in only a partial refund under fair circumstances. I am not comfortable offering a full refund on a completed piece, as that will result in wasted time and work.So if you have any concerns regarding needing a refund (like on emergency cases) but need to discuss, please don't hesitate to communicate such with me!F If you have lost interest in the commission process and want a refund shortly after commissioning, you will be refunded, blacklisted and refused any future service.
So if you are unsure or not 100% interested or committed, please refrain from sending an inquiry!
